Adult Acne Cure | What will get rid of adult acne?

   Wash your face daily with face cleanser and take 2 pills of clindamycin every day, also before you go to sleep apply Retin-A cream on your face use the 1.00 % (strongest) you will see results within a week.

   Yes, a lot of people treat acne as if it will go away after a few weeks of treatment. Not so. So far there are no known cures. In other words you have to use the acne product continuously. My acne issue is periodical due to hormonal status, and I use proactive too.

   Hi, A Zinc deficiency is definitely a cause of acne as Zinc builds the immune system. However for Zinc to work well, you have to take at least 450mg of Zinc per day for a period of about 14 days. This will give you about 90mg of elemental Zinc. After 14 days go down to 150mg of Zinc per day and this will give you about 30mg elemental zinc per day. This will boost your immune system and get the organs (of which the skin is the largest) to function well and clean out the body of toxins. Also drink a lot of water!!. The best form of Zinc is Zinc Picolinate as it has a picolinic acid which is the same as your stomach and thus absorbs well. You cannot overdose on this amount stated above as your body will get rid of any excess zinc through the urine. All cells in your body need Zinc to function and it is estimated that about 48% of the world population is Zinc deficient. The best tablet I have found containing Zinc Picolinate is Zinplex, available at I have used it after doing my research on Zinc and it really works well. It is natrual stuff and I experienced no side effects, just positive results after about a month.

   I would reccomend going to an endocrinologist to see if the problem is internal. One solution I’ve found that works is using a mild cleanser, a BP cream all over the face, and a moisturiser twice a day. I would also reccomend eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and drinking a lot of water.
   Ive also tried all the prescription creams, and retin-A is the only one that has worked for my stubborn chin acne. Unfortunatly I have not found a over the counter solution for my chin acne. It is the only area I cannot get completely clear.

   I am in my 30’s had beautiful skin all my life then hit my 30’s it was like flipping a light switch proactive has benzoil peroxide which most people are alergic to myself included who has tried acutane? I wash with aveeno it’s mild
